Login problems

IP-ADDRESS RECOGNITION ACCESS

1. You need to log in with User Name/Password when accessing Netlex from outside your office. Contact if you have forgotten your User Name/Password.

2. Your IP-address has changed or has not been added to our database. Email your IP-address to . You can find out your IP-address here: www.sinc.sunysb.edu/cgi-bin/MyIP.

USER NAME/PASSWORD ACCESS

1. Your Netlex User Name and Password are case sensitive.

2. Close down and reopen your browser if you have log-in problems.

3. Contact if you have forgotten your User Name/Password.

IP-address recognition

Netlex supports IP-address recognition. This means that you can access Netlex from your office without the log-in procedure. You still need to log in with User Name and Password when accessing Netlex outside your office. To set up IP-address recognition we need to know your office's IP-address/IP-addresses. You can find out your IP-address with www.sinc.sunysb.edu/cgi-bin/MyIP.
